Brunch Bones started in 2022, born from a pandemic pivot and a deep love for Southern breakfast. Owner Destiny Rae Collins grew up in small-town Georgia where Sunday brunch was a religion. Now she's bringing that warmth and flavor to the streets of Tallahassee.
Every item on our menu is made from scratch. Our brisket is smoked for hours. Our biscuits are flaky. Our waffles are fluffy. We believe food should taste like somebody cares — because somebody does.
